Voicedot's Calling Card service enables retailers to offer competitively priced, high quality telephone calls via any fixed telephone or mobile handset. The major benefit for customers is access to cheap call rates from any phone, particularly to overseas destinations.
The calling card solution facilitates the administration of a physical calling card implementation, including card management, card administration, local access numbers, management systems, and full interactive voice response (IVR) menus required to support the service.
However, unlike a tradition calling card service, the Voicedot product also allows customers to view their call logs online, receive service details via email, and retain the service through topping up their account online or using it with a post-paid account. The calling card service also can be integrated into Voicedot's Internet Phone Virtual Network Operator (IPVNO) solution to provide a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) service.
